"STRESSED spelled backward as DESSERTS"

Sherish took me first to this new found haven. When I first got in to the place i was in awe :) I was surrounded by CAKES,CHOCOLATES and all those pastries they have!

Man!I've found heaven on earth at that time.

So I took with me my other close friends here also. A new hangout place for us,yay!

I want Haydie(my other friend) to check the place and the pastries since she's more into cakes than me. And I guess she was happy ;)

I am blessed with friends who share the same respect to great food as me  ♥ 

Normally the invites that I'm receiving from friends are either "YOU WANNA JOIN US ON OUR TRIP?" or " ARE YOU FREE TODAY?LET'S EAT"

yeah,you may find it funny but I'm used to it and I am super okay with it.

Last February, because I was advised to rest due to my knee injury(LEFT KNEE MCL STRAIN) my friends asked me if I can join them. It's not that we have to walk duh so I guess that was just fine all I have to do was ► go to the place (P.S THEY ALL HELPED ME AND ASSISTED ME because I was still limping hahahha) and eat :) 

Well,I missed them to the bits...My friends Sherish and Gypsy want to experience the famous PEARL KOREAN RESTAURANT (which is a nice place and where I used to hang out if I want to eat) that I was recommending to them. 

So we did.

Nothing brings people together like good food.

They both love the experience and the food. I can really recommend The Pearl Korean Restaurant. 

Try it yourself and you'll find yourself with friends eating and catching up again back in the restaurant with lettuce stuffed with bulgogi in your hand while others are cooking the samgyeopsal while laughing and just enjoying the food in front of you guys. 

Their side dishes are the BEST!!!! I really like their kimchi ♥

I like their RAMEN and their greens,they're all FRESH!!!! you don' t have to order rice.

You can just have lettuce,trust me its enough :)

Wasn't able to take more photos of us here, I don't have my camera and I was just really hungry so the three of us just eat and enjoyed the food and each other's company :) 

Pearl Korean Meat Shop - so far I've been to both of their branches in Cebu. One in A.S Fortuna (which i guess the main branch) and the one in Capitol Site which I normally hang out with friends. 

I'll promise that on my next visit I will take more pictures.. For now let's just settle for this :)

FELIZ CUMPLEAñOS

I have cancelled my plans since last week...decided to just stay at home and spend the day with family...the usual routine and the usual way of my mama on surprising me,trust me!those were still the sweetest but I asked her not to have it this year...

'GOR'PROBLEMS' as what my friends used to say... but that ain't the case...

hahhah I just really want to relax and be with my family today...

Though,yesterday I spent the rest of  my day with my friends before my birthday since they're all ecstatic for my birthday...we then decided to watched a movie and will have a simple dinner after...

The supposed 5th Wave movie (which was our first choice ) ended up with THE BOY (a supposed HORROR movie) but yeah,i'll give the movie a credit because of its story twist...

We then had our dinner after...

I thought and supposed I imagine it just simply have dinner and then that's it...go home and wait for the clock to strike 12AM! but that wasn't the story last night...

After the movie...we had our dinner at Dessert Factory...

T'was the way I wanted that day to end and to WELCOME my birthday...I feel so blessed I'm surrounded with such great people...

Zher and Kevin surprised me with a cake...Simple things are the sweetest...And what they've pulled off last night isn't just simple ...those were  the sweetest and memorable ones...

Wanderlust in Bantayan 2015

Find Bliss...Stay Awhile...

Got 2 spontaneous close friends...we were just talking about how nice it'll be if we can travel together...then woaah we decided to indeed go to BANTAYAN the following day...that was possible since we had the same schedules at work(before..now?not anymore)..

hahaha we were so giddy 'cause it'll be our first time...

SO OFF WE GO!

took a bus ride from Cebu North Bus Terminal to our first stop San Remegio then took a ferry...first trip was for 5am...

oh...that was indeed a long trip..arrived in Bantayan almost 11am..we were so lucky that the tricycle driver was generous enough to accompany us to the market cause we need to have something to eat..

so we headed up to the resort which was part of our initial plan...

 OGTONG CAVE RESORT

but nada!!! there was a family reunion sort of event and they were fully booked already...so we decided to check-in to the nearby resort which is just a 10 minutes walk away from our initial choice,,,but look! ain't bad at all at Mayet Beach Resort...

we took the native room for Php 1000 but since the price is for 2 and there's 3 of us there's an extra person fee for Php 500...so that was for Php 1500... I can say that was just fair...
The staff was friendly and accommodating...They're not strict also,they will let you borrow kitchen stuff...they'll let you cook and you can grill outside beside the cottages where you can eat and enjoy the view rather than eating inside your rooms...and mind you i think all of their rooms are fully air conditioned...
I can say that it's a nice place to just relax...and enjoy the scenery...so after lunch we decided to take a nap before going back to Ogtong Cave resort cause that's where we really wanted to go on the first place...i'm just so amazed how cool these property owners are...we didn't stayed in Ogtong Cave Resort but people are free to experience what they have inside,you'll just have to pay for a Php 20 entrance fee...and you'll get to enjoy your stay...the only difference is that you don't get the chance to stay at their cute cottages...
The cave for me was A M A Z I N G... ♥ mesmerized how it's possible to exist...just so happy I get to experienced it...

gawked by how mystical it is for me..the water was so clear and man t'was so cold too, I can swim here all day!!!!

i'm in love...with its beauty...if i have a place i want to revisit,this will be it...

outside view... they have 2 large pools..but we didn't try it...we decided to go to the beach instead...

the property was vast...and i like it there cause it's so homie...

That was a trip to remember... i get to travel with friends...and it's good to be alive...that was my first time there and I love the fact that I was able to experience it with good company...in between the pictures was an adventure that will be forever treasured...
